These stones are from the now-closed Sleeping Beauty Mine in Globe AZ. Most all of the AAA grade material is gone so this is a rare find. They measure approximately 4mm in diameter and weigh a total of 8.1 grams. The color is completely natural. No dyes or color enhancements. As with most high turquoise on the market, the natural stones were stabilized to make them hard enough to cut and polish. Stabilization also preserves the natural color.
